Lead by example

There’s only one way to make lasting change happen and that is to lead by example. We might not be modeling the exact same change we expect in others: but we must model willingness to change and acceptance of the need to evolve and sometimes to make hard choices. As leaders, often the change we demonstrate will need to be so much greater to prompt others to follow to the degree we require.
